Roles & Responsibilities

Provide customer service and application support via telephone, remote assistance, and email.

Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution.

Install, configure, and set up Accounting & POS systems according to business requirements.

Set up POS hardware such as barcode scanners, receipt printers, and other peripherals.

Perform software and hardware updates, upgrades, and migration tasks.

Ensure all support tickets are resolved within the required timeframe.

Conduct onsite system implementation and user training.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related technical issues.

Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
