Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, insurance and claims management, contract renewals, and freelance lecturer claims.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication efforts.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.
- Administer employee insurance programs and liaise with providers for claims and coverage.
- Process staff claims (medical, travel, etc.) and freelance lecturer claims in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage contract renewals for staff and freelance lecturers.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support performance management and training coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Only shortlisted candidates shall be notified.
