(Part-Time & Remote) Account & Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable, staff claims, and vendor payments on time.
- Assist with debt collection, including following up with clients and liaising with lawyers when necessary.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative records (digital & physical).
- Provide general admin support as directed by management.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of accounting and admin processes.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented and consistent in meeting deadlines.Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel.Prior accounting / admin experience is an advantage.Benefits / Terms
