(Part-Time & Remote) Account & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable, staff claims, and vendor payments on time.
• Assist with debt collection, including following up with clients and liaising with lawyers when necessary.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative records (digital & physical).
• Provide general admin support as directed by management.
