Job Description :
Attending to user fronting and back-office processing works via online chat, support email, CS voice support, or tickets in relation to the following matters.
- Handling pre online booking enquires, post online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment / cancellation.
- Checking booking status.
- Payment or Refund Escalation.
- App or web user guide and feature support.
- Contacting vendors about customers’ inquiries .
Requirements :
At least holding an associate degree and / or expected graduate (documents required)Required language(s) : Korean (Minimum of Topik level 5) / English (business level)Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be anadded advantage for this position.
Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fastboth in Korean and English.
Able to work in Malaysia (Ara Damansara)
