Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance. Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback. Assist in setting performance goals and objectives for employees. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and screen resumes.
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process.
Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Training and Development :
Maintain training records and track employee progress.
Performance Management :
Address performance-related issues and work with employees to develop improvement plans.
Employee Relations :
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
