As aSenior Logistics Operation Executive,you'll play a key role in managing logistics operations while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Description

• Manage daily logistics operations and new client orders, ensuring all shipments are properly handled by your team.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to confirm shipment details, making sure all supporting documents are in order.
• Prepare and share clear SOPs for shipment delivery to avoid delays or missing documents.
• Work closely with teammates and support each other — every 1–2 weeks we hold open team discussions to share real cases.
• Learn from managers and colleagues who share their own experiences to help everyone grow together.
