We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Aftersales Technical Support team. You will be the key point of contact between our customers, technicians, and internal departments ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from service request to jobs completion.

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a good understanding of aftersales services, and can thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate job scheduling and updates with workshop technicians
• Prepare and manage quotations, job sheets, and service reports
• Maintain accurate job, inventory, and customer records
• Follow up with customers on pending jobs and quotations
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Support daily administrative functions and generate service-related reports
