JOB DESCRIPTION

Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to confirm the orders, including any amendments.
Monitor orders and ensure that deliveries requested by the site team are prompt.
Verify that the qualities, quantities, delivery schedules, and prices of purchases are accurate.
Maintain up-to-date purchasing records.
Provide overall administrative support and perform other assigned duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Efficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrate a positive work attitude, effective communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Capable of collaborating with others as part of a team.
