Manage daily administrative tasks including checking and replying to emails.Lodge applications, follow up and liaise with institutions (acceptance, COEs, withdrawals, deferments, IMMIAccount, etc.).Assist in tests and monitor IMMIAccount status.Support insurance-related tasks (OSHC purchase, claims, card activation, ordering).Apply for Australian-related documentation (Tax File Number, AFP, GCC certificate, medical / biometric appointments).Prepare and draft visa-related documents (ETA, IR / TV 600, GTE statements, forms).Manage social media inquiries and provide timely responses.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the manager.Maintain a systematic filing system for documents, emails, and materials.Coordinate events, workshops, and organizational activities.Attend weekly meetings and provide comprehensive administrative support to the manager.Streamline administrative processes and proactively resolve issues to improve efficiency.Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
