About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Executive to join our team at HGM Fresh Sdn Bhd. As a full-time member of our office management support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other business documents
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and customer information
- Assist in coordinating logistics and scheduling deliveries with internal teams
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Support the sales team with administrative follow-ups and documentation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure office environment is organized and operations are running efficiently
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and assist in internal meetings when needed
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to support company needs
