We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Aftersales Technical Support team. You will be the key point of contact between our customers, technicians, and internal departments ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from service request to jobs completion.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a good understanding of aftersales services, and can thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate job scheduling and updates with workshop technicians
- Prepare and manage quotations, job sheets, and service reports
- Maintain accurate job, inventory, and customer records
- Follow up with customers on pending jobs and quotations
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Support daily administrative functions and generate service-related reports
Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive, or related field1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or service industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to handle customer concerns professionally and with empathyGood organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer :
