We are looking for a Head of Sales for East Asia to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will work with the leading Telematics solutions in the world. For this position, we are looking for a candidate that can lead a Sales Team for our operations in the East Asia region (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Mongolia).

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy‑to‑use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will :

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.
• Strategically manage the team, ensuring the realization of 100% of the sales plan through effective leadership and motivation.
• Design and execute comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Oversee and maintain the accuracy of internal systems, ensuring that team members consistently input information correctly.
• Play a pivotal role in market research, identifying potential markets and cultivating growth opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director, contributing your leadership expertise to accomplish assigned tasks and further the success of the sales department.
• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end sales process with a strategic focus on supply chain integration, ensuring seamless coordination between demand forecasting, inventory planning, and customer fulfilment.
