Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant. This full‑time position will provide crucial administrative and executive support to senior management, ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
What you will be doing
- Managing the daily schedule and diary of senior executives, including arranging meetings, travel and other appointments
- Providing administrative support, such as preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and general office duties
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordinate activities
- Offering a high level of customer service and professional representation of the company
- Providing support for special projects and events as required
What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a similar industryExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levelsProficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suiteResourceful, proactive, and able to work independentlyExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyFluency in English and Bahasa MalaysiaWhat we offer
