Job Scope :
- Provide professional customer support.
- Respond promptly to customers' needs and inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer feedback and concerns.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills with customers.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with the team and management.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and satisfaction levels to support continuous improvement.
- Provide input on the efficiency of operations and customer service processes.
- Manage and handle the company's social media platforms.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.Strong and effective communication skills.Customer-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent service.Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.Proficient in using computers and digital tools.Experience in social media marketing (WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is an added advantage.Working Hours :
Monday – Friday : 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM work from office
Saturday – Sunday : 8.30 AM 5.30 PM work from home / location
Off day : Tuesday & Public Holiday

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
