Job Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and timely.
Partner with clients to understand their unique HR needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
Advise on performance management processes and best practices.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance on employment legislation and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Job Requirements
1 year of experience in a similar HR consulting or generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
