Join to apply for the Trainer role at Golden Point Technology (M) Sdn Bhd .

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on automotive marketing, branding, and product storytelling.
  • Guide staff and dealers on customer engagement, positioning, and campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure training content supports promotions and campaigns.
  • Develop and present product launch kits, marketing playbooks, and training materials.
  • Conduct workshops on digital marketing, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Support new marketing initiatives by ensuring team readiness and knowledge alignment.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in automotive marketing or relevant training roles.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Solid knowledge of brand communication, campaign execution, and product messaging.
  • Confident in visual storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Must possess a valid TTT (Train the Trainer) certification by HRD Corp.
