Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns with professionalism and discretion. Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance accurately and timely. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans. Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally in retail or FMCG. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance. Proficient in bilingual communication, preferably English and Mandarin / Chinese, both written and spoken. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office and HR software. Benefits
