About the role
Front Connect Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of our people-centric operations.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the full cycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Administering employee records, benefits, and payroll processing
- Coordinating employee training and development programmes
- Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with employee engagement and wellness initiatives
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2-3 years of experience working in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administrationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levelsProficient in HR information SQL systems and Microsoft Office applicationsA proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-service-focused approachAdaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesCapable of working independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrates strong self-motivation and independence in completing work.What we offer
