Job Purpose : Handle foreign workers payroll, daily administrative and human resources duties.
Key Accountabilities :
- Process monthly payroll for foreign workers, including overtime, allowances, and leave.
- Strong leadership to inspire and motivate team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Assist ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
- Handle statutory contribution (SOCSO, EPF) for foreign workers.
- Maintain and update foreign workers' master data and HRMS records.
- Maintain and update HRMS records, including new joiner details, transfers, contact information, and other employee data changes
- Prepare HR-related letters (e.g. transfer, confirmation)
- Handle and process all Socso-related claims for employees
- Manage personal files and general HR administration.
- Provide professional communication and support to employees.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent education required.Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.High integrity and able to work independently with minimal supervision.A team player who is self-motivated.Minimum 2 year of human resources or payroll experience.Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe AcrobatLocation : Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
