Job Description :
- Assist / Relieve Assistant Manager on general administration / human resource during her / his absence.
- Supervise Administration Officer, Assistant and Receptionist / Telephone Operator / Cleaner.
- Interview, plan and sourcing manpower recruitment for all staff except Manager level
- Prepare Sosco, EPF registration and insurance claims
- Check attendance record & prepare payroll for non-Management staff
- Execute training programs as and when required and update of individual training record
- Ensure proper security functions within the organization by monitoring the relevant records
- Ensure overall office building / facilities / equipment's are well maintained
- Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in good conditions (Company vehicles Repair & Maintenance Records)
- Ensure tidy and cleanliness within the premises area (Internally & Externally), toilets and canteen area
- Transportation and canteen arrangement for normal & shift working time for employees.
- Monitor on canteen caterer food quality and overall performance
- Monitor on the monthly canteen subsidy distribution to all employees
- Monitor on the proper recording and distribution of uniform to all employees
- Monitor on the staff lockers and car parking allocation to employees
- Attend to hostel needs, fomema, insurance, renewal of permits, deportation etc. for foreign workers
- To ensure ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015 & IATF 16949 : 2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively.
