This is a full-time Customer Service Executive role based in Shah Alam with flexibility of WFH.
Work Location : UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
Work Hours : Shift Basis 10 hours / day (1 hour break), 2 off days per week
Hybrid Mode : Mon-Thu (Office), Fri-Sun (WFH)
Basic Salary Range : RM 2,600 - RM 3,000 +
Paid Overtime & Public Holiday
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, overseeing customer service operations and training.

Provide customer support via phone call, WhatsApp & email.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
Escalating issues to the technical team for permanent resolution.
Assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of customer support team - assist in managing workflow & team performance, provide guidance and support.
Technical
Do system testing if needed : Change Request / system issues.
Documentation and report for Tech team reference.
Training
External – Do training for new client or new features for system.
Internal – Training for new staff on internal system (If Applicable)
