Based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for sales order processing from lead to collection, including preparation of agreement, invoice, and delivery order.
  • Maintain the customer details in the accounting system.
  • Ensure document collection and generate relevant reports on the sales inquiry.
  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Maintain proper records and organization of the filing system.
  • Ad-hoc job tasks are assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma / SPM or related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Able to work independently (under guidance)
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
